On behalf of myself and the rest of the Valleyfair team, I can securely say that we are looking forward with great excitement and anticipation towards re-opening for the 2024 season. With all the learnings and experiences from last year, we are ready to make this upcoming season one of the most fun and memorable in our history.
We are taking advantage of opportunities to improve the guest and the associate experience in 2024. We can’t wait to share more information with you about the upcoming events in the next few months.
There have also been a variety of park improvements during our off-season. We are excited about the remodel of Lakeshore Landing event space into a sit-down resurant that will transform how we serve our guests. Guests will also notice other improvements, including new informational kiosks, new shade, and seating areas, and more.
Our associates will also notice recent enhancements with remodeling and construction work in our associate housing campus, and more.
I want to welcome you to our hard-working team dedicated to providing our guests with a safe and memorable experience. Whether this is your first year at Valleyfair or you are a returning associate, I hope you find your time here to be as rewarding as I did when I started my career as a seasonal associate at Knott’s Berry Farm 35 years ago.
This season, we will continue our never-ending commitment to providing our guests with the Best Day Ever experience principled by the cornerstones of safety, service, and cleanliness. At the same time, our actions will express our core values of courtesy, integrity, and inclusiveness.
As you can see, there is so much to look forward to this upcoming season. Most of all, I am thankful you will be joining us and am happy to take the opportunity to welcome you to the team! I am genuinely excited to showcase your skills and character and as part of the Valleyfair team this year.
